The templates as always are too damn awesome and worth every penny, but one problem is I asked Steve to modify the Adventure template and waited 3 weeks thinking that it was getting done, I sent another message and got a reply from someone else who had mentioned they were having issues getting in the metal pieces that hold the template down, I told the individual to send me my templates with out them, then I just got a regular set of templates, nothing was modified as I specified with Steve. But there nice and I will keep them and learn to make a set neck guitar.

Just started building my first guitar and I ordered their Adventurer template. The template is amazing but I didn't expect the customer service I've gotten. I've been on the phone several times with Mike in their office for over 20 minutes with him walking me through things I wasn't sure about. Steve's YouTube videos have also been a great resource. I love this product and this company. Will only order from Maximum from here on out.
