Why is there a $100 deposit and what is it used for?

We have to charge the $100 deposit for a couple of reasons. We need to get your project in the system and in the queue to make sure it doesn’t get lost in the shuffle. All custom projects have a some CAD design charges involved which requires a deposit to get started. The deposit is used for that CAD time, either in whole or in part depending on each individual project.

Is the deposit refundable?

YES. If we can’t complete your project, you don’t like the price, time frame or anything else, we will gladly refund your deposit prior to starting. If we have already started, how much time is invested will determine how the deposit is handled.

How long will it take?

That all depends on the size/type of custom project you have and how deep the queue is. For instance, a small alteration to an existing template will be close to the normal lead time. Full sets of templates for a custom/original guitar design or other large project is currently limited to one or two per month.

Are there customized options that have no extra cost?

OH YEAH! Check out any of our “Build Your Own” products. You have a huge amount of customizable options to choose from to create exactly what you want. If you are left handed we are happy to flip any of our templates for you gratis.
